Scooters are delivered boxed, with just a few minor parts to assemble. Full instructions and tools are provided.

The KS-350 electric scooter is powered by a battery and electric motor and is therefore classified as Personal Light Electric Vehicle (PLEV) by the Department for Transport (DfT), making it illegal to use on UK roads and pavements. However, it is legal to use the KS-350 on private land and property.

With the Governments current electric scooter trials being held around the U.K., it is hoped that electric scooters will be legalised in the coming year. From research conducted by Eskuta and from consultation with some of the trade bodies Eskuta are members of; we are confident that should electric scooters be legalised, the KS-350 will meet the specification set in any such future legislation.
