Eligibility
The prize draw is open to Snappy Shopper retailers and stores operating in the UK. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and authorised to enter on behalf of the store.
One entry per store
Only one entry is permitted per individual store or location. Where a retailer, operator or group has multiple stores, each separate store may submit one entry and each store will be treated as an individual entry.
How to enter
To enter, complete and submit the competition entry form with the requested store and contact details. No purchase is necessary.
The prize
One winning store will receive one Eskuta SX-250 electric bike branded in Snappy Shopper livery, including a delivery box. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Minimum number of entries
The prize draw is subject to a minimum of 100 valid store entries being received. If fewer than 100 valid entries are received by the closing date, the Promoter reserves the right not to proceed with the prize draw and no prize will be awarded.
Closing date
Entries must be received by Tuesday 15th September 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the prize draw.
Selecting the winner
Provided the minimum entry requirement has been met, the winning store will be selected at random from all valid entries received. The winner will be contacted using the details provided on the entry form.
Claiming the prize
The winner must respond within 14 days of being notified. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random.
Bike use
The winning store is responsible for ensuring the bike is operated lawfully and appropriately and that riders comply with applicable UK EAPC requirements and any operating or safety instructions supplied with the bike.
Data and marketing
Personal information submitted to enter the competition will be used to administer the prize draw. Marketing communications from Eskuta will only be sent where the entrant has separately selected the relevant contact preference on the entry form. Entrants may withdraw their marketing consent at any time.
Promoter
The Promoter is Emobility Holdings Ltd, trading as Eskuta. The Promoter's decision regarding the administration of the prize draw and selection of the winner is final.
Key entry conditions. One entry per store. Multi-store retailers may enter each individual store. Prize draw subject to a minimum of 100 valid entries. Entries close Tuesday 15th September 2026.
