Business / Servicing & uptime cover

A fleet is only as good
as its worst week.

Three bikes off the road on the same Friday is the moment an operator decides whether this was a good idea. Servicing, spares and swap-out cover are written into the contract for exactly that reason.

  • Scheduled servicingEvery 12 months or 4,971 miles, whichever comes first
  • Spares includedConsumables and wear parts, not charged per visit
  • Swap-out bikesA replacement while yours is in, so the round still runs
  • Fixed in NuneatonOur own workshop — parts are a phone call, not a container

Everything is repaired
where it was built.

The Nuneaton workshop builds the bikes and fixes them. That means a part is in stock rather than in transit, a diagnosis is made by someone who assembled the same machine, and a fleet doesn't wait on an overseas supplier.

It's also why spares aren't sold blind online — a fault is diagnosed first, then the right part goes out.

What a scheduled service covers

Consumable parts are included at the time of the scheduled service. Anything outside that interval is quoted and approved before work starts.

In the service

  • Vehicle health check
  • Video assessment
  • Front & rear brake pads
  • Chain & chain adjusters
  • Lights & indicators
  • Tubeless tyres, road test
  • Full report with advisories

Quoted separately

  • Suspension parts
  • Puncture repairs
  • Brake callipers
  • Controls & electronics
  • Body panels & mirrors
  • Wheels — rim damage, motor
  • Seat frame & components

If it stops between services

We try to fix it remotely or on site before anything gets recovered. Where a bike is off the road through a genuine fault or a warranty issue, we look at rider safety, your operational need, where the bike is and what is wrong with it before deciding what happens next.

  • Roadside call-outYou pay
Charged at our standard call-out and labour rates, agreed with you up front, plus parts
  • Bike recoveryAt cost
Available seven days a week — recharged at cost, no administration fee added
  • Warranty workWe cover
Labour and repair costs covered by us where the fault is confirmed as warranty
  • Minor repairsIncluded
Done during the scheduled visit where possible, rather than as a separate call-out

All prices exclude VAT. Chargeable work covers accidental damage, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, and cleaning or battery management issues.

You see what we see

Every maintenance action is recorded against the bike’s VIN, so each machine has a complete history from delivery to end of contract.

  1. Live, always on Live fleet report Status of every bike by VIN and location — active faults, repair progress, service history, what is off the road
  2. Within 24 hours of a report Fault triage Categorised critical, major or minor, with a triage response within 24 hours of it being reported
  3. After every assessment Inspection report Faults found, repairs completed, parts replaced, and advisories for what to watch
  4. Monthly Monthly reporting SLA compliance and trends, so recurring problems show up as patterns rather than as separate incidents

Chargeable repairs are validated against warranty before any charge is raised, and out-of-scope work needs your approval first.
